Work Experience
Salesforce Developer

Experian, Nottingham, UK
Worked for Experian during my time at FDM Group as a consultant, before being taken on full time into at first a Junior Salesforce Developer role, before a quick promotion into a full standard developer role. In this role, I developed my skills both within salesforce, as well as within other areas such as DevOps (CICD integrations specifically) and nodejs/AWS Lambda services.
Key achievements include but are not limited to;
- Implementation of Git for Salesforce alongside a CICD Solution using AWS CodePipeline
- Implementation of a pre-authentication system for customers to call through without needing to complete ID&V processes utilising one-time codes
- Implementation of AI Solutions (Einstein Classification) to help reduce miscategorisation of customer queries
- Mentored multiple people onto the team, onboarding them into our systems and work processes
- Integrated with external non-Salesforce systems such as AWS, NICE Telephony, Zingtree and ServiceNow using APIs
- Liaised with business stakeholders to interpret requirements and convert them into technical specifications to be worked by developers.
- This role included hands-on development within Salesforce Servicing Cloud, including programmatic development in Apex/LWC/Aura as well as declarative development such as Flows.

Personal Projects
Developed a Discord Bot during my early career that I have continued to maintain, that serves as a reflection of my development as a professional, showing how my skills have advanced from when I started to today.
The current iteration is written in TypeScript with ES6 Syntax, and uses Github Actions for automated unit test runs and deployment, and is available to view on Github.
